In any case, following the Customer\u2019s request, the Seller will verify that the necessary conditions for initiating a return process are met. <\/p><p id=\"block-613b3b52-4ffe-4cf1-851e-65452251b837\" class=\"block-editor-rich-text__editable block-editor-block-list__block wp-block wp-block-paragraph rich-text\" role=\"document\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-multiline=\"true\" aria-readonly=\"false\" aria-label=\"Blocco: Paragrafo\" data-block=\"613b3b52-4ffe-4cf1-851e-65452251b837\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragrafo\" data-empty=\"false\" data-wp-block-attribute-key=\"content\">11.2 Once a return process has been initiated, the Seller will send the Customer an email explaining how to return the product.<\/p><p id=\"block-e45f6e54-61ed-4803-bcd2-3c0248dc4283\" class=\"block-editor-rich-text__editable block-editor-block-list__block wp-block wp-block-paragraph rich-text\" role=\"document\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-multiline=\"true\" aria-readonly=\"false\" aria-label=\"Blocco: Paragrafo\" data-block=\"e45f6e54-61ed-4803-bcd2-3c0248dc4283\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragrafo\" data-empty=\"false\" data-wp-block-attribute-key=\"content\">11.3 In the event of a return under the \u201cright of withdrawal,\u201d the Seller will arrange for the product to be picked up by an express courier at an address specifically indicated by the Customer. The Customer must be available to receive the courier on a weekday at the address provided. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, in accordance with Article 57 of the Consumer Code.   <\/p><p id=\"block-b2bf437b-742c-413a-8995-83503e91997d\" class=\"block-editor-rich-text__editable block-editor-block-list__block wp-block wp-block-paragraph rich-text\" role=\"document\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-multiline=\"true\" aria-readonly=\"false\" aria-label=\"Blocco: Paragrafo\" data-block=\"b2bf437b-742c-413a-8995-83503e91997d\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragrafo\" data-empty=\"false\" data-wp-block-attribute-key=\"content\">11.4 In the event of a return under the \u201cwarranty for non-conforming products,\u201d the Seller will arrange, at its own expense, for the product to be picked up by an express courier at an address specifically indicated by the Customer, but only for shipments originating in Italy. The Customer must be available to receive the courier on a weekday at the address provided. <\/p><p id=\"block-7ea2b72d-2531-4823-a74b-f35188c6427b\" class=\"block-editor-rich-text__editable block-editor-block-list__block wp-block wp-block-paragraph rich-text\" role=\"document\" contenteditable=\"true\" aria-multiline=\"true\" aria-readonly=\"false\" aria-label=\"Blocco: Paragrafo\" data-block=\"7ea2b72d-2531-4823-a74b-f35188c6427b\" data-type=\"core\/paragraph\" data-title=\"Paragrafo\" data-empty=\"false\" data-wp-block-attribute-key=\"content\">11.5 The return package must include a copy of the Order Confirmation sent to the email address provided by the Customer or the shipping label attached to the package at the time of receipt.
